2nd Međimurski sprint triathlon
Prelog, 1st of august 2009.

Timetable

Registration: 8.00-9.30 h
Access to transition area : 9.00-11.30 h
Aquathlon race start: 10.00
Supersprint triathlon race start: 10.30 h
Sprint triathlon race start: 12.00 h
Transition area oppening : 14.00 h
Winners ceremony: 15.00 h


Swim

Swimming part and transition area are remote , 3 km from the application and finish area. Swimming is in a small lake, 1 loop (375m triangle) for supersprint triathlon and 2 loops (750m) for sprint triathlon.


Bike

Flat road, completely closed for motor vehicles traffic, 1 loop (10 km) for supersprint triathlon and 2 loops (20 km) for sprint triathlon.

Run

Mixed asphalt/trail 5km path on the bank of the lake


Bike helmet is obligatory, drafting is allowed, all other rules according to HTS and ITU.
There is organized shutlle bus for the competitors after the race which drives on relation form finish to transition area ( cca 3km)
Enter in the transition area after the finish ONLY for person with race numbers.


Participation on both races is allowed to competitors in all categories including recreational competitors. For younger cadets participation in aquathlon race only.
